A pilot transports an air marshal accompanying a fugitive to trial. As they cross the Alaskan wilderness, tensions run high and trust is tested as not everyone is what they seem. Mel Gibson has directed only five feature films since his 1993 debut, The Man Without a Face. He often takes long breaks between films; Hacksaw Ridge was released seven years ago.
