The whole character development seems like a gamble
Very brave to hand over the reins to Manuel Garcia-Rulfo… and it seems like a hard thing for many to accept… but his soft-spoken approach gets the job done and he’s great for LA. I think it’ll pay off in the long run.
I finished the series in 3 sittings… I actually liked it
I should give it a 7… but it gets a 9 for standing up to people who are just plain wrong.
